Hello, Susheel. HomeSense supports almost every HomeKit device out there: light bulbs, switches, outlets, faucets, irrigation systems, shades, draperies, and so on. Please note that HomePod and Apple TV devices which you asked about are not HomeKit devices, and as such, can not be seen or controlled. Hope this helps!
Works great and super attentive developer
Have been using this with my Lutron RRA2 setup for a few months now. It works perfectly pretty much every time. Home screen widget is a game changer for me.
I also have to mention the quick and attentive support I got. My wife downloaded the app and hit a weird bug on her phone where she wasn’t able to get the app to open without crashing (everything worked fine on my phone). I went to the support section on my phone and emailed asking if there’s any way to fix the issue. After about a day they responded and after a couple more emails exchanging details they found the bug and have already submitted a fix to the App Store. Good stuff!

Warning! Not a Lutron product
In app purchase of $27! To use your Lutron wireless lights? Apparently you can sign into your Lutron account and it copies all your settings from Lutron but to turn on-off any settings you have to pay $28. This is not the official Lutron app. Change your password and delete this fake app. The official lutron app is free and does everything you need in an automated app including scenarios. I got a reply two years later stating that it is not a fake, it is a fake app if you charge $29 to use it. Be careful off this app!

Hello! This is neither fake, nor a free app - not for all of the functions. This app has features and integrations that official app does not have, and that is not free.
Refreshingly Good
So far, I only have a bunch of Philips Hue lights with their hub.
I purchased the Hue module for Homesense and it works very well.
It puts Philips' own app to shame. Better design, better functionality, easier to use.
