So easy! We are on vacation and spending the day in a clinic that’s not in our healthcare system sounded terrible. The doctor was friendly and very prompt and were taken care of in minutes!

I enjoy the comfort of using my home and my comfy chair. My med list is handy-not something I forgot at home.
My only complaint last time and this time is both doctors cut out unless they sat closer. Otherwise I love Zoom and Avera Now!

I had a negative Covid test earlier in the week and now my symptoms are worsening. I tried to talk to someone on Avera Now and they have 1 doc answering calls. 1 doc. In the middle of a pandemic! I’m truly disappointed in you Avera. None of the 25 other providers listed could chat? If I thought I was dying, I would go to the ER. I would rather not walk in to that cesspool and get the Rona if I truly don’t have it. Not impressed. Oh yeah, and I’m Essential too.

I love being able to use this app for minor health issues. It is easy to use, quick and convenient. It is so much better than waiting for an appointment and you can do it from the comfort of your home.

Absolutely does not work
I waited in line three times for a total of 45 minutes, and each time when it was finally my turn to be seen, the app told me the physician was no longer available.

full disclosure needed
i was grateful that i could get a prescription for shingles antiviral on a saturday night, but be aware that if you also need pain meds—and by sunday i really did!—you will be told you need to go to the emergency room or to your primary care provider. i get that, but it’s something Avera should disclose on their promotional materials.😰

Amazing Drs this App is great help
This App is amazing! We moved out of state. I have CVID a primary immune deficiency that causes chronic/frequent sinusitis and I am having a hard time finding a new Primary Care Doctor out here and getting in to an Immunologist. These Drs saved me from sitting in the over crowded urgent care around sick people with a low immune system CVID and waiting forever.
