Disappointing un-robust/un-reliable software

You can be using the VPN, and then suddenly it will stop/pause and your app has lost internet connectivity - especially annoying when it is a streamed TV programme. It is fixed by selecting a different server (as I’m UK based it is switching between London and Manchester servers). Really frustrating. The AVG help desk does not want to acknowledge that it is unreliable. When it works, it works - you just cannot predict when it will stop. Also impacts AVG on a MacBook, so either a common client software bug across iPad and MacOS or a common server issue. Here’s hoping AVG will read this and investigate the issue to deliver a more stable product.

Definitiv zu empfehlen

Ich habe mittlerweile schon sehr viele Antiviren&VPN-Apps ausprobiert. Manche waren Müll, andere waren gut, aber kein Antivirus&VPN-App ist so gut wie AVG Mobile Security.
Außerdem ist 29€ pro Jahr so gut wie nichts für einen so tollen Antivirus wie AVG Mobile Security.
Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen😁

Not free as top review states.

First off, it isn't free. When I attempted to start a free trial it just freezes. Garbage.

I keep getting perhaps 10 times a day saying I need to connect to my internet, I can’t get in touch with anyone about this , it’s so annoying as my connection is always on
It makes me think someone is trying to get into my phone or account

Sneaky and Dishonest

Signed up for a free trial and not only did they push super aggressively to sell you multiple products constantly, they also still charge you even if you cancel before the trial ends. The aggressive selling is the worst I have ever seen. I had it installed on my PC and couldn’t even get through five minutes without something popping up, trying to sell me another product.

Please check Settings > your name > Subscriptions to confirm the cancellation status. If it was cancelled before the trial ended but you were still charged, Apple handles App Store billing and refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. Finally bought the app and I regret it. I don’t trust it anymore because every time I use it they are very sneakily trying to sell me something else. I expected more.

Wow

This website is great for protecting you and has no ads but does have a button that says upgrade so you can upgrade it to do more but still without the upgrade it’s amazing it destroys all viruses scams or even blocks the website the best app for protection I have ever used. I’m just so surprised not that much people use this use this.

Scam emails

Instead of stopping scam emails I am receiving so many more.
I thought your update was supposed to stop this.
Every day for the past week I have received 4 scam emails from the same company.
I have checked them out and although the company name is legitimate that’s about it.
Could you please make sure that your app does what it’s supposed to do and keep scam emails and phone calls out.
