Technical Support very poor

I had this service for 9 days, I purchased the family ultimate plan. The issue was I could not add anyone to my identity protection, the system would show an error every time. I did everything suggested by the TS team and have waited for a fix. During this time my wife is not protected. I asked for a supervisor and was told none are available and just canceled my service. Will be going back to Norton.
