Doesn’t Work
Poor at best won’t work vpn locks up recovery info doesn’t work. Emailed multiple times for help totally ignored they should refund me every penny! Run from this program font walk, run! Service sucks!
Complete waste of money
I wasted £125 on a business licence which would never install on my devices. Help support is negligible.
Great app.
Bitdefender security is easy to use and Bitdefender is known to be one of the absolute most secure security softwares available.
incroyable

A Requirement
This ensures optimal security and is reassuring. Good app!
Excessive hike in subscription
Been using this in the background for a while, just got notification that subscription is going from 9.99 to 24.99 this is far too much for one rise in price so I have stopped the subscription
VPN can’t be turned off
I had to uninstall this app because the VPN will not stay off when I want it off. I went thru all the settings and there is no way turn it off and when I turn it off in iPhone settings it comes right back on. I need it off on my home network because not everything I do works when it’s on. I tried getting support but it just kept sending me in a circle and never gave me a way to contact support. I do not like having no control when using an app. Hopefully they will fix this in the future.

Vpn
Souvent le vpn sur mon iphone n'est pas en marche. Je dois le remettre fréquemment.
Not user friendly
I am fairly technologically literate and bit defender will not let me activate web protection. I have an active subscription and it appears that the web protection has been disabled for the last nine months I’ve had bit defender.
Can’t get rid of priority inbound calling
Fix
Keep your phone safe!
I’ve been using Bitdefender on my iPhone & computer for several years & feel it offers additional protection at a reasonable price.
Very Good
Bitdefender is the best
No full security
I cannot turn the web protection and the VPN on at the same time, only one or the other, this is an issue.
Great
Perfectly absolutely perfectly the bitdefender always perfect
Can't turn on Web protection without VPN
Can't turn on Web protection without VPN. This turns off 5G data completely.
Response from developer
We're sorry for the frustration. Web Protection should work reliably, and losing mobile data is not expected. Please contact us at bitsy@bitdefender.com with details about your device and setup so we can investigate.
