Lacking basic functionality & info, issue with rewards
The biggest issue with this app is that it does not let you filter which makes shopping on the app very frustrating. You can’t filter by color, you can’t hide sold out items, and you can’t filter by size, which is especially annoying since most of the products sell out of multiple sizes pretty quickly. Another issue is that there is no size chart provided for their swimwear. How can anyone feel comfortable spending that much money on a bikini top or bottom with no idea how their sizes run for swimwear? Also, if you select your reward points to use towards items you have in your cart, but then don’t end up completing the purchase at that time, the rewards points disappear from your account even though they were never used. If you try to use the code provided via email, it will say that the code is no longer valid even though it wasn’t used. Customer service was able to restore them in my case, but they need to fix this.

Wide Leg Pocket Sweatpants-please read before purchasing!
I love Aviator sweatpants but I just want to warn everyone. I’m 5’9 and I bought these in a Medium-they’re really cool looking but they are SO SO long. So much the few times I’ve worn them I trip over the insane amount of fabric. I feel like I’m wearing a wedding dress with a very long and large train. And I’m tall. They also run larger. For the most part I LOVE AV but unfortunately not these.

Disappointed
Downloaded app to obtain the 15% off per email. The app wouldn’t even send the email so I could verify my account. No instructions on how to get 15% off code.
Then I attempted to log in anyway and it said invalid. The clothes are great, but ridiculously expensive (hence wanting to grab that code).

The app works, but I really wish you could search inventory by size instead of having to open every item to see if my size is in stock.
