Customer service
Customer service is no help, but overall the app is good. A lot of the videos that I watched said they were completed but then when I go back in, they were marked as not complete.

When I first got this app it was given to me by someone who cares about me and it had everything for a person who going through something or life at first I thought I was chosen and I was even worried someone going hack me but yes the app is built for people in general but if someone given you this app that means someone cares about you very much so be grateful when you use it!!!

App is ok but the actual coverage is a scam
I always knew the actual coverage levels are “play instance”. This is not my main coverage of course but I paid into feb premium option as a personal challenge to complete the tasks and fill up all the buckets of coverage (life, AD&D and Accident). After 5 years of having this I once had an accident and filed a claim. It’s been months and no one even responds, no updates, nothing. The idea may be good but without the actual backing of a reputable insurance company this is all a scam in my mind. Just get real insurance elsewhere and stop with this game

Useless and very scammy!
It does nothing!!! They offer different types of insurance but if you try to get info on it they take all your private info and then quote on the wrong product! I think it’s just a scam.
