Customer service
Customer service is no help, but overall the app is good. A lot of the videos that I watched said they were completed but then when I go back in, they were marked as not complete.

When I first got this app it was given to me by someone who cares about me and it had everything for a person who going through something or life at first I thought I was chosen and I was even worried someone going hack me but yes the app is built for people in general but if someone given you this app that means someone cares about you very much so be grateful when you use it!!!

App is ok but the actual coverage is a scam
I always knew the actual coverage levels are “play instance”. This is not my main coverage of course but I paid into feb premium option as a personal challenge to complete the tasks and fill up all the buckets of coverage (life, AD&D and Accident). After 5 years of having this I once had an accident and filed a claim. It’s been months and no one even responds, no updates, nothing. The idea may be good but without the actual backing of a reputable insurance company this is all a scam in my mind. Just get real insurance elsewhere and stop with this game

Useless and very scammy!
It does nothing!!! They offer different types of insurance but if you try to get info on it they take all your private info and then quote on the wrong product! I think it’s just a scam.

I am a member of stash and did an upgrade, which got me 10k avibra benefits. I was thinking great. I had almost 15k from taking the earn options. They cancelled me and continued to charge me. I got another life insurance option and they are still charging me at random times after cancelling my account. I am annoyed so if this works for you awesome. I am exhausted of this situation.

I can educate myself and reduce my risk. Some companies try to tell you that paying them will reduce your personal risk. This is false. Companies like that are a complete rip off and should be shut down immediately. Avibra is insuring people in proper fashion.

This app is an amazing idea and well worth your time. Everything is 100% at first I thought it was a scam bc it seems too good to be true but it's legit and you get all your paperwork and beneficiary papers. If you havent, you should give it a try.

This platform comes with ease of access, very straight forward descriptions. A variety of insurance coverage options, with the opportunity to earn even more coverage. Assuming you have basic coverage most additional coverage are as low as an extra 1$ weekly! On top of the coverage options every month to renew your membership, your given the option to plant a tree or help a family in the us. That is absolutely amazing I would definitely recommend this platform.
