I absolutely love my bank and this app. I moved towns away yet still keep this as my bank.
I can’t say enough good things about my bank and app!!! I would be totally lost without it. I have moved out if their area and will not change my bank. I love it that much!

It’s an ok app.
only complaint is what all banks do, instead of crediting my electronic deposits in a couple hours they hold it a couple days.
Not impressed
I use apps for several (over 6) banks regularly. Avidia is my least favorite, buggy, and restrictive. Not a fan at all.

Awesome app! Easy to use, quick and accurate. Can’t say enough good things about it and when you email the bank they get right back to you asap.

I’ve had several bad experiences. Life is complicated so leaving the bank is difficult for me at the moment. Very excited to leave.

Love my Avidia app. I love being able to transfer funds between accounts and to deposit via mobile phone!
What more do you want from the bank?
I do almost all my transactions on the app. Branch visits are pleasant too, but app is super convenient for transfers, small check deposits and mortgage payments.

The app is tremendous and matches the quality of service I receive in the Northborough branch.
Memos on transactions don’t work
Gives the option to write memos, but then they disappear and you have no idea what you made that transfer for

When this new app first came out I was my hair out as to why my checkbook balance didn’t match your app balance.
I look at my account every morning and finally learned to ignore your balance.
I have gone in to Avidia bank to seek explanation on this and basically was told that glitches needed to be corrected.My conclusion is that your still working on it!
If you need proof I have photos of your app balance that don’t add up literally!
