I have wanted to learn how to lift weights and to get in better shape and lose that last extra 15-20lbs remained after I lost the first 20 but can’t seem to get any further over this past year. This app is PERFECT!!! The workouts are helping me start where I am and stretch myself beyond my limits to fatigue but not injury (or the desire to give up). There is community support where my victories are celebrated and my questions/challenges are addressed. What a lovely option for women like me in Perimenopause and Menopause!!! Highly recommend!!!
