Hi please do something about avira phantom vpn “server not responding” error . Some times it appears randomly. Exactly randomly. in some hours of day its good but then the error starts annoying me. I think some ports getting banned by our dictator Stone Age regime in Iran. Please set the connections on more stable ports. I love Avira and don’t gonna change my vpn.

Heavy load on speed
My connection is 600 mbps with the VPN off
and only 5 mbps with VPN on. Working with Avira support to find the problem but it has been three days now back and forth with no solution yet.

The app isn’t recognized by iOS 26 as being installed and therefore doesn’t work on my 16 Pro Max; when you press to connect to the vpn, nothing happens. The app can’t even recognize when the phone is connected to WiFi.

Seems first rate because NordVPN who we use also often presents NordVPN when you look up the IP address which immediately rings alarm bells to banks etc. This one generally just has Amazon’s which could be anything.

Unable to subscribe
The app closes when I click the buy button, it’s been going on for days and I’m growing impatient, I was really impressed by the free mb I was given to browse which was what led to wanna subscribe but the app won’t let me, pls resolve this as I’m growing impatient

The app crashes every time I try to buy pro. It does not let me buy it, so I am stuck at free
Strange occurrence
I subscribed to the free trial and seems to work quite good but in the middle of browsing it disconnects and you can't get it to reconnect unless you close the app and restart it again. Very annoying issue and I will not be continuing my subscription.
