Terrible

The app is terrible, I pay for a parking pass, and it seems that the app almost never recognizes the parking gates, mentioned the issue to IT, and they couldn’t get it fixed. Not to mention how the app doesn’t even load when opened. Humber needs to move away from this platform and do better instead of letting their staff and students suffer everyday with this app.

Horrible

I’m trying to activate my account but it keeps saying “activation failed” and there’s nothing that i’m doing wrong so i am very overwhelmed right now.

Terrible app doesnt work

This app actually sucks doesnt work for parking ever and never lets me login after it randomly logs me out

What is the point of the app when I can’t even open it to use it? I need it to access my parking garage that I pay for. Humber I advise you to move away from this terrible platform

Worst App Ever

Cannot count how many times I had to call parking attendant at Humber College as the app never worked. Going back and forth so many times with IT and they still refused to acknowledge the app is terrible. I would recommend anyone with authority should look for better solutions rather than let your students or employees suffer everyday with this app

Won’t open since update

Uninstalled and re-downloaded, every time it won’t open and will just endlessly buffer. Im unable to access the door at my job because of you.

Is this the worst app ever made? Maybe!

Any organization looking for an app like this needs to look elsewhere. When the app works it works fine, but barely. Often though, the app doesn’t work at all. I’ve spent countless moments waiting outside doors or elevators I can’t access because the app won’t load, or I have to restart the app, or it won’t pick up the terminals at the doors. It’s so bad I might go as far as calling it a scam.

Very minimal help, scanners don’t pop up, the only advice given is to have a parking plan which I obviously have 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Not good

Have lost count of the times the app has failed at Humber College parking lots, and the hours I have spent at IT services trying to resolve it. If I had any other option I would take it.

Way too complicated to set up

I’ve got the 1st step completed where I got my baracode but I’m trying to add a photo to it so I can get a student card but man is this way too complicated. It’s asking to to download a Microsoft account just so I can add a photo but the Microsoft keeps saying “something went wrong” after I added the info. On top of this inconvenience this app does not have any directions on how to complete the student id.. this has gotta be the dumbest most inefficient thing I’ve had to deal with since entering college. I wish there was a no star option cause this app is useless

Hi Superduperdave, You would have received an email from your school with instructions on how to upload your photo on the school's website. I think the message you received about "downloading a Microsoft account" is your schools Single Sign On asking you to log in so you can upload your photo. Once your photo is uploaded and approved on your schools site, it will show in AVRO mobile. If you need any further help, please reach us at mobilesupport@itcsystems.com

Clean Interface

I like the clean interface and appreciate the ‘Wellness’ section. Hopefully further improvements and connections can be made in the future.

wont scan for parking

i have to use this to open the gate for parking at school. almost every time i have to call in and ask them to open it from the inside because the scanner wont recognize my app.

Need to use for parking at Humber college. The app doesn’t recognize or is unable retrieve my username and info, and provides no solution on how to fix or override. I have re-downloaded the app multiple times and I have followed the instructions to the letter. I’ve tried everything and the app is useless.
