When I first purchased the MiGuard WiFi Alarm system everything seemed to work fine, but a few months later and all notifications have stopped. This has made the whole point of a WiFi alarm pointless. I contacted Era and they said “we no longer support that system”, I wouldn’t mind but I only bought the system about 18 months ago.
I’ve purchased a few MiGuard/Era alarm systems in the past, for both home and work. They will now be relegated to the bin and I will never buy from that company again, and I would advise anybody else to steer well clear and invest your hard earned cash in a decent alarm manufacturer, one who provides a decent level of support.

Lacks notifications
Used to get notification of alarm being tripped. No longer happens. Nothing I can do to fix it. Poor functionality. Not recommended due to poor app support.
No alerts
Has stop sending alerts to my phone no support from ERA I will have to change the whole system very disappointing
