Inspirational and powerful in its simplicity.
I woke up this morning and decided to chill and relax. My son had built this app to do with awakening so I thought I would give it a try because he had mentioned about a letting go meditation. As I listened to the meditation, it was just so awesome. It was just so natural and matter of fact. The flow and the simple connection to the moment throughout the meditation and the connection to nature shone through. I got emotional that this was my son actually speaking through this with such simplicity and wisdom for such a young man. As I used the app I progressed from one step to the other and it just made more and more sense. I saw clearly how important the present was and how the mind is a tool to be used rather than something that uses us. I'm proud that my son can relate his experiences, in such a positive way. I just want to say I would reccomend this app to young people as well as all other ages because it is such a chilled way to face their fears, work through their issues and accept themselves for who they are so that they can enjoy their lives. It was very emotional and powerful for me to listen and acknowledge the awareness within me. I think this app is a very valuable and powerful tool to be shared.
