Helpful Reminders

Great app for someone cultivating kindness towards themselves. It’s helping me be better about that and I recommend it.

Well designed

Using this app has helped me over the past few weeks. I find the lessons well informed and grounded in theory and I appreciate how the app builds upon itself. I am surprised by the insights it has provided to me thus far. It complements what I am working on with my therapist. Thank you for making such a well conceived tool for personal reflection and growth.

Brilliant app

This is such a good app. I find that the interactive elements really help because they make me think and reflect. The Nudge is such a good idea too. I also like the fact that I can either read or listen to an exercise as suits your circumstances. The only suggestion I would make is that I sometimes get a message on my screen but then, when I click on it, it disappears. If I remember, I take a screenshot but it is sometimes evident that the message is not complete and I can't see the rest of it because it disappears when I click on it. A minor point, but perhaps a section for messages sent to us would be worth considering?

Why?

A lot of people turn to these types of things to help them get understanding or to just help them in general. And when the app says oh we’re here to help but you have to pay for it? Really? What’s the point, you might as well just make people submit their insurance information! This is BS!

Ali

I downloaded this app last week and I’m loving it. It’s a really helpful format for me to refresh my self compassion practise. I love the daily practical tools and prompts and useful exercises which are there when I need them. I’ve already recommended it to friends and family. 😁
