Update und wieder funktioniert es nicht
Und wieder mal das gleiche Prozedere. Und mal ganz nebenbei, ich habe Null Bock den owner Service zu kontaktieren, damit die App zum Laufen gebracht wird. Das soll einfach nur funktionieren. Das kennt man schon, Update und danach geht wieder etwas nicht. Der Login für die Statistik geht nicht. Leute, lasst endlich jemanden dran der weiß was er macht!!!

Anmeldung nicht mehr möglich

Zugänge werden nicht erkannt!!!
Ich hatte mich ausgeloggt auf mein Handy. Später wollte ich mich wieder anmelden. Die App reagiert (e) nicht, obwohl die korrekten Daten (E-Mailadresse plus festgelegtes Passwort) eingegeben wurde. Ein Hinweis auf ein ggf. falsch eingegebenen Code wird nicht gesendet. Es ist sehr ärgerlich, dass die Verlässlichkeit dieser App. nicht existiert.
Auf meinem iPad hatte ich noch Zugriff. Nachdem ich mich ausloggte, reagierte die App wie oben beim IPhone beschrieben. Ich hoffe sehr, dass dieser Schaden für mich als Nutzer schnellstens behoben wird!!!

The app works well for us. The only thing I really want from Awaze is an alert by email and/or push notification when a new guest review is posted so that I can respond or react, to save me constantly checking on the app. Thank you

Die Software benötigt zur Registrierung einen Aktivierungslink, es wird jedoch kein Link gesendet, wir haben es auf mehreren Geräten ausprobiert, aber es hat nicht funktioniert, es ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.
A good start
The app was promised sometime ago for owners so it’s good it’s finally happened. The functionality is very light compared to Sykes (I have properties with each and the Sykes one is a lot more helpful) so there’s a lot of room for more functionality with the Awaze one. It is a welcome start, and sones the absolute basics well, so I hope Awaze IT are encouraged and resourced to do more for us owners.

Gute App mit toller Übersicht
Die App läuft einwandfrei und hat alle Funktion die man braucht. Kalender ist übersichtlich und funktionell mit schnellen Zugriff.
Total rubbish
No access, no reset, no suppirt, no nothing. This App is totally useless once it was taken over by Awaze. Under Novasol it was still working, not great, but at least working.

Eine Eigentümersperre durchzuführen, ist eine Katastrophe. Wir vermieten eine Stadt Wohnung… Dort sind wir manchmal nur 2,3 Tage, können aber nur wochenweise oder gar nicht sperren. Naja, das kann natürlich auch am Anbieter liegen.
