Terrible user interface
Terrible user interface Your user interface its confusing, disjointed and extremely illogical. It is difficult to navigate. Please hire an experienced user interface designer and bring your technology into the 21st century. Please!!!!!!
Not user friendly
Not very user friendly and hard to navigate. Also not very mobile friendly. Crashes regularly and won’t display some popups and really inconvenient that it has 2 apps - 1 for vacations the other for owners. Airbnb’s app is better
Poor advocacy and support for host
Vrbo does not advocate or support the host that is making them money. They always side with the guest, they take huge fees and have not been a good partner.
Bad platform, poor support
I cannot see value in this app for owners. The process of managing booking is time intensive and confusing. Support offers little to no support. Can’t see myself using the platform over others. Was a massive waste of time for a big chunk of revenue.

Hi. I love VRBO! It definitely helps me make money on my short term rental property. I do wish that the app was a little more smooth. I wish I could communicate with my guests a little easier.
