Dark mode needed
Design is not practical & needs work. Feels cluttered and no option for dark mode. Hard to utilize in the field while competing tasks.
Ask for full updates all the time
Every time I open it it asks me to fully update the app.
It also has issues updating availability in Airbnb which is an issue we have to escalate every time. Not sure if there are better alternatives though. Do your research.

Few Improvements, Very Slow Customer Service
Terrible onboarding. Clunky. Few improvements to note in years. Customer service for small issues is fine, except when it’s not. Anything larger or requiring escalation is non existent.
Long time member
Wish Hostaway didn’t exist, it’s a horrible company with awful support. They constantly raise prices despite not living up to expectations. If you actually look at the reviews you will see that they have new clients leave a review during the onboarding process. If you look only at reviews from longer term subscribers you will see that the vast majority wishes we made a better decision and stayed far away from Hostaway.
