I’ve used the app with success in finding a rental. App is great it’s the Renter needs to have more info such as peak rental season rent and availability months.
Multiple annoyances
Constantly sends leads for unmatched criteria – waste of time
Won’t search on number of travelers or area of stay so sends leads for two tenants when I only want one. sends leads for areas that are way too far away because it doesn’t allow a specific enough search
I turned off the option to send text messages, but it keeps sending them anyway
The response rate that pops up and makes me scroll through four windows to close is super annoying and irrelevant! With all the bad leads, why would I take the time to respond to them so what good is your stupid response rate?

Metric for message response time
The Furnished Finder app would be significantly improved by adding a message response-time metric for both landlords and tenants. Displaying average response times would promote accountability, encourage timely communication, and help users identify responsive parties before reaching out. Faster and more transparent communication would create a better experience for everyone using the platform.

App keeps crashing
I’m on the most recent iOS 26.6.1 and I’ve tried deleting, reinstalling, upgrading, updating, but every time I open, it crashes and closes out. Please fix.
