Keeps crashing
I like the app when it works, but it keeps crashing and won’t even open. The only fix is for me to completely delete the app and reinstall which is getting annoying.
Difficult to use
Lots of delays. Glitches not allowing access to ‘additional fee adds’

Refund refusal.
Not only is furnished finder not an effective way to rent your property.
They will not refund you if they make a mistake charge! I cancelled auto renew a year ago and I am forced to go through my credit card for a refund. Even though I did not use the service.

Good service but App has room for improvements
The mobile app has a map glitch issue, and searching for properties via the map doesn’t work at all because the map is zooming automatically to locations I didn’t click. Additionally, the housing request feature is always having landlords that are renting properties nowhere near my search criteria responding. Also, please have a button for the housing request that is “private unit only”. I only want a private unit but the options are private unit or room so I get tons of messages for rooms.

Great Service! Paid for itself in one month
I was very skeptical about this service. It seemed to be a bit sketchy because when I started looking around for a trustworthy and reputable company to help me list the rental, it was the only thing that kept popping up. I know that seems an odd way to look at things. 😁 But with Google and other search engines listing sponsored websites as a priority, it really worries me that the well funded companies are the only ones I can see, that does not mean they are reputable! I should not have worried!!! This service is totally worth the money and so easy to use! I recommend it without reservations. I have had a lot of interest in the property and it rented within the first week. I know that may not be everyone’s experience but it was mine. If you’re looking for a solid website to list a property (mid-term rental) this is a great choice.

Month of spams
Furnished Finder had given us good leads before but for last two months it’s only been spammers who interact with us for a couple of days until their accounts are suddenly blocked. Huge waste of time. FF uses in-person salespeople to get your subscription—giving the impression they’ll be there in person for any issue—until you need help and then it’s all AI automated answers and you can’t get them to reply. Are all their leads now just spammers? FF, Is this going to be the new norm? I just want to know if anyone is getting real people seeking to rent?

Great idea poor market share and actual lead generation for the space
As a user of Airbnb, furnished finder does a poor job at capturing and maintaining an audience base that lacks in real lead generation. There’s a reason they want to charge you upfront. If they charged per stay they would go out of business. I think from a senior leadership perspective, they need to drive the tech and app to be more like their successful competitor (Airbnb) for long term stays. Much to be desired from a hosting perspective.

Great app and service!
I paid for the extra help and it was totally worth it! Been getting great inquiries and got an excellent 3 month booking within 2 weeks of listing!
What’s the point?
It asks you to put in the dates you’re looking for and will show properties saying they’re available and for a certain price but then when you go to look at the availability on that specific rental it either shows it’s not available or it’s a different price. What’s the point of that filter if it won’t weed out unavailable properties?!

Calendar
No one seems to be able to use the Calendar and I don’t know how to get people qualified through Furnished Finder. People don’t seem to fill out much information and they don’t look at the calendar or the calendar isn’t working.
Landlord tools are not well supported
Can’t access my tenants’ background checks. Also I need to pay extra for lease agreements? They’re free on the Zillow landlord app.

When inquiring about a place an error message appears saying dates can’t be in the past , but the dates are not.
