Can not change calendar bookings and rent intervals on app
You still have to use a desktop version for many things. This app could be a lot more user-friendly.

I am very satisfied with Furnished Finder. They provided excellent assistance throughout the entire process of setting up my first rental. Within just eight days, I secured a tenant for my condo until mid-August. Since that went so smoothly, I’ve also listed my other two rentals. I hope they perform as well as the first!

With any rental space you are putting yourself at risk and that goes for the renter as well. My very first renter was a complete scam artist but I didn’t let it detour me from renting the space again.

FF landlord and former Tenant
I signed up with FF as a landlord of a single family dwelling in early 2026 and the app and platform has really improved and grown within a few months. (In 2025, I was using the app as a tenant to find a rental and it was difficult due to landlords not responding to emails/messages. But, if I called, I could get a response.) I do appreciate how the company wants to make it more user friendly on both ends. The landlord tools are VERY helpful for first timers like myself. Lots of reading and watching videos! They have youtube-podcasts (Landlord Diaries) which help explain many things and there is a FB group, too, where you can talk to other landlords. Recently, they just started the landlord response rating and I predict this will be beneficial for tenants and keep landlords from becoming complacent. As a first time landlord, you have to be aware of scammers so watch the information videos. Learn that there are more than just traveling medical folk and that there are families and people with assistance animals.

I love this place. I’m a travel nurse and this place was perfect for me. It is small and private. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. Only a couple minutes to the freeway and about 17 minutes to the hospital that I worked at. I hope to return and stay here again sometime.

I have been on Furnished Finder for a couple months now and get 90% scammers. LITERALLY creating multiple accounts and making it seem like you have real leads but they are mostly scammers. Asking for payment after check in, for you to accept delivery of cars, and giving fake info for background checks…The app is easy to use for the most part, but the companies leads don’t produce anything viable. At least not for me..

Unprofessional, awkward
We have many properties listed on FF and will continue to do so, in hopes that one day soon, they will hire someone to work on this site. It’s not user-friendly, they use a number for each rental that requires me to stop what I’m doing and find which one of a dozen numbers I have been assigned for the property in question. The so-called “leads” are virtually non-existent for the past 6 months. In the meantime, I’ll keep paying the fee to stay on the platform. Please send FF help asap!

No longer functional
This app used to be great. Since updates is virtually impossible to get LL to reply back. They say it’s the platform. I just know it’s no longer useful.
