Perspective Tenants don’t reply
I find the tenants are not responsive - I send out emails to all the candidates and the response level is nonexistent. I even say if you have found a property , kindly reply -

Easy use. Great customer service
So far so good. I love that it is a platform I can use to promote and get to know potential tenants but all paperwork and agreements are made offline.

A Landlord’s Success
Since beginning our relationship with Furnished Finder in late November of 2023, we have had continuous occupation of our garage apartment. We have hosted medical as well as business professionals with stays from 30-90 days. All of our guests have been great, demonstrating respect for our property and all around friendliness.

Good service
Terrible Host interface
No access to the host side of the app without going to a YouTube pop-up and going out of the app to a Web browser before returning to limited host functionally. Waste of phone memory
Too much fraud
I have had FF for over two years and I have gotten about 2 leads. All the others seem to be fraud or spam. I don’t know if there’s a lack of screening when onboarding possible tenants. Please correct this, it’s very discouraging and one “google teams” meeting almost lead me to get a hacking virus on my laptop! It was so scary!

Good for short term rentals furnished
This is a reasonable deal to find short term tenants who want fully furnished

Extremely comfortable room in a great location! Host is very responsive and provides lovely accommodations. Convenient to TJ’s, restaurants, very walkable neighborhood; Lots of vintage clothing stores and the best Goodwill ever.🤩
Long term rental
Renter originally booked for 3 months. Has now extended for a total stay of 11 months. Everything is working out for the renter and the home owner.
Room for improvement
I have wanted to use FF in the form of an app but it’s not a great app yet. I had it a few years ago, deleted it, and a week ago received an email telling me about the features of the app so decided to try it again. It’s still very glitchy and makes me log in every time. I just tried to edit dates and couldn’t after 3 tries. I’m deleting the app again. This will definitely contribute to a slow response rate to guests as I’ll keep using the web browser.

Misinformation abound
Finding a lot of tenants do not update availability or they advertise the 1st floor as available then ask you to take the 2nd floor. Or they take a week to respond o not at all. Paid a $1000 damage deposit at my last place, left it in pristine condition but now am getting ghosted.
Duplicate Alerts
Need to cease sending duplicate alerts when customer has already opened and viewed new lead.
FF works
As a listing owner I’m pleased ! Good tenants, good system, good workable UI. I’ve used their payment partner and tenant application services both worked perfect
Landlord Review
Notifications that don't link to the correct screen, settings don't stick, listings don't stick, availability dates don't stick. Multiple listings are unmanageable. Response metrics are enforced even though the iOS and Web platforms are unwieldy. Generally frustrating experience.
