Great way to travel
Update: HELP—In saved searches, ie., my search “Winter 2 weeks+,” I could start to scroll down the listings and immediately the map feature button would pop up below so I could look at where in the world those listings were rather than scroll through every single listing. Now the map button is nowhere to be found. I just updated the app too, to no avail😩 Help!!
I’ve been on THS 2 years now both as a sitter and as a pet owner. We have met so many wonderful people and pets, and traveled to some great places. Til now the app has been really fabulous- recently however its been acting a little glitchy, and I’ve had to use the web, which is more time consuming and different to use than what I’m used to. I hope the developers can figure out a way to make the needed security updates while still allowing users of slightly older phones to use the app(??) Thanks!

Very disappointing service
After many years paying an expensive subscription to Trusted Housesitters I am not able to access my account as I am not receiving the verification code to log in. Despite numerous contacts with this org to seek assistance I have had ZERO assistance and no effort at their end. I asked for my money back as I cannot access my account and they outright refused.
On top of being locked out of my account, my last housesitting was a disaster. DO NOT WASTE UOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!

Incredible Platform
Once I discovered Trusted House Sitters app it offered me the opportunity to firstly support and do good for people who once doubted the ability to trust easily. This app has created a way for owners to feel safe having people like myself to take care of their homes and animals. It also teaches us to expand responsibility when taking care on animal family members which is therapeutic for the soul. I’m truly grateful for this app as it’s allowing me to travel more also. Honestly an incredible platform that is growing daily. I highly recommend it. I personally absolutely love it. 🤗🫶🏼🤗

Brilliant idea for what could be a great community. Works well until you encounter people who fail to abide by the golden rule. In good faith, you give them a great review despite the things on which they failed, but they give you a poor review for things they made up in their head.
