The person who was supposed to watch my dog wouldn't respond and completely ghosted me 2 hours before my flight was supposed to take off. And then charged me an 100 dollar fee for cancellation when the lady didn't want to do something I had already paid her for this is completely ridiculous I'm just now getting a refund three months later.

Wag doesn’t look out for their caregivers
I have been on Wag for 3 years now and in the past few weeks I have accepted several walks from pet owners and they have all cancelled at the last minute due to poor planning on their part. Wag lets them cancel at the last minute and does not compensate the caregiver. I have reached out several times and the only help I get is an AI generated support that just spits out their policies. I keep asking that they please reconsider their policies so it is more fair and I don’t get any response in return. I am highly rated on this app, responsible and reliable. I understand things happen but I had the same pet owner cancel on me two nights in a row on a holiday weekend and Wag did not care. I had another owner tell me they had to cancel after I already showed up because they didn’t have a key ready for me to get in. I am very frustrated with Wag! If you download this app, proceed with caution!

Never got a real request
This app sucks, they made me paid for the subscription to have access to pet caregiver, and it’s been almost 6 months, and I haven’t received anything!
