Has Some App Limitations
I have appreciated this app for what I have been using it for. However, I am very allergic to cats. I would love the option to mark to not get notifications that lists cats so I don’t get them. Also think that the app should give the option to filter dog/animal size, breed, weight, etc in regards to job opportunities.

Glitchy app and lack of human help
I’ve been a WAG walker for over 6 years. I believe they take too much and offer two little in the way of support by human beings.
This app does not advocate for the pet caregivers
I have had plenty of problems with this app. Asa caregiver, WAG does not advocate for us. You can’t verbally talk to anyone unless it’s an emergency which is insane! They want to communicate everything via email in which they don’t get back with for 24-48 business hrs later smh. They dont pay what they should. I’ve heard many parents say the app is confusing and they’ve shown me and I would agree. It’s an app so I’ve had navigation issues and just general overall technical difficulties . Some of these parent profiles are scams and they aren’t doing anything about it. I can go on and on smh. Signed this will be my last year on this app since I’ve paid for the year which is silly in itself.

Waste of time
I really need a job and love animals just for my account to go away before I can even check my background check information. Waste of time. Do better.
