Not user friendly
App needs major improvements. I have a bunch of bookings on my Rover homepage that aren’t showing up in my inbox to archive them. This has led to excessive bookings piling up on my homepage which makes it impossible to find my current bookings. I reached out to customer support who didn’t know how to resolve the problem and disconnected the chat when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I then received an email from rover asking if I needed anything else. I replied telling them what happened and they assured me the problem was fixed. When i checked nothing had changed. Customer support is awful at resolving problems and danced around the issue. The chat relay time is horrible as well. It seems like they are helping multiple customers through chat because they take forever to respond to simple answers like when you reply yes or no to their questions. I spent over 1 hour trying to get something resolved through chat which is ridiculous given that most of the time was wasted on waiting for the agent to reply. I do not recommend this app.

Difficult to use
Rover is a great concept, however, the user experience on the app is very poor. It makes me not want to use it. It’s not designed like an app and I constantly can’t find what I’m looking for. I would be happy to provide some suggestions!
Not great.
This app is horrible for new users. Trying to get a quick way to get money while having experience taking care of animals and others yet no one even can really see your profile. I can’t even find anywhere to explain how to get any bookings or how to use when new. It’s really frustrating because out of a job and this was supposed to help.

Waiting and waiting
It’s been 13 days since I paid for the background check and they still haven’t approved my account. I even reached out to their support team and nothing was done 🙁
Sells your data
Was not happy with the flood of “pet services” spam after signing up. I already pay a service fee, Rover has to sell my data on top of that? Not booking again.
