You have us declining 2 bookings and we actually had the two guests stay with us! They had issues with your web site and booking the trip properly. I spoke with you two months ago and was assured they would take the penalties off. Two months later and nothing has been done. I feel unappreciated by VRBO.

Never get bookings
Our house is slammed on airbnb but we never get bookings here. Seems like our listing is buried in the algorithm even though we have a bunch of 5* stays.
VRBO not following owner requirements
For some reason VRBO keeps letting quest book stays that are shorter then the required min nights stay. This is the 2nd one in 3 weeks.
Unreliable
VRBO app is extremely unreliable, slow, and difficult to navigate and perform function on. I am not a fan, but I continue to use it to offer guests a wide range of booking platforms. I wish they formatted the platform like Airbnb does. It’s extremely user-friendly for the host and the guest.

Mobile app very buggy
Sometimes all the dates are delayed or mixed up, access information that Shows sent to the guest is not indeed sent. Sometimes messages are delayed for 12 hours.
It's alright
The app has a lot of bugs and sometimes it doesn’t work and you have to open the web version to unlock all the functionalities, You can only really reply to guests and see your calendar on this app.
Buggy and annoying
I have declined a review so many times that I decided to just one star. Stop bothering me for a review, and make your app better.

Useless
The worst app of any booking platform - it just won’t open the calendars - no idea why on wifi and NBN - just a glitch in their app - it’s impossible to use on my phone
New host criteria
I do like VRBO, I find the guest are a better caliber and they are way more host supportive than AIRBNB and the bad guests you get on that platform. However, I find I am getting less bookings despite have a stellar feedback level. I just got notice I may not keep my seller status because not enough reviews or bookings in a 3 month period. That says more about them than the hosts. Their fees are too high. Guests and hosts both pay way too high fees plus taxes. They won’t let you go back to the 3% yearly plan. I think STR is struggling and these big companies aren’t make policies that help these businesses grow.

Terrible communication
I do not receive communication when my properties gets restricted due to reason such as a pending Homesharing renewal or sometimes a mistake on VRBO’s end. I never aware that it’s restricted until I go to look at the property and I am not made aware of this. I have to be told by an upcoming guest that they can’t see my listing. I’m not gonna go into too much detail, but I am very frustrated with this lack of communication and and then turn around and call me a partner. I don’t feel much like a partner when the roles are enforced on me.

Needs a thorough review
This app is a must have as a VRBO owner. However, there are several areas of the app that seem like cheaply wrapped web page views, and frequent overlays interfere with being able to use the app. Other important items like MarketMaker for example are buried and you need to click through several screens to find your way there. There certainly has to be a large mobile user community, so it would be great to see the mobile app become a first class citizen.

Very bad app
This app is trash, hard to send and receive messages, our guest always message saying they haven’t got the message. Review guest never works. Overall trouble and needs major improvement
Wildly buggy and frustrating
The difference between Airbnb and VRBO owner apps are so crazy different. I absolutely LOATH using vrbos app. It’s buggy and makes zero sense.
UI
User interface from the owner side is not ideal. Does not populate dates when you update a quote and other non user friendly features.
Convenient app
As a short-term rental owner, I really enjoy using the VRBO Owner Dashboard. It’s very user-friendly, intuitive, and makes managing my property simple and convenient. Everything I need—from reservations and guest communication to calendar management—is easy to access in one place. It has made hosting much more efficient, and I appreciate how streamlined the experience is. Highly recommend it to other vacation rental owners!

Too expensive
Vrbo charges more fees to the host than Airbnb. Would rather have my guests book through Airbnb.
App slow among other issues
The app always runs slow and freezes at the worst time. Not a good look for this company.
No longer usable
This app used to be great but now I can no longer update the property details…the screen just freezes m, I can’t click anything and I have to force close the app. Also unable to block dates on the calendar anymore, or add pictures without going to the online web version. Such a shame.
APP interface
I do not like the new colors of the interface on the app. It terrible. I can’t tell if I’ve blocked it or it’s marked out for my family or AirBB or you guys. I need gray and green back. Please go back to green and gray.
