Not able to upload the photos to raise a claim.
I am not able submit a claim because it’s not letting me upload the car photos.

Worst insurance
Worst insurance. No customer care. Simply money driven. No one answers the calls, have to call 10 times a day for no response. Last time I will ever renew with them.

Going through hard time with this.
Bought the car policy, got car accident, now they are not repairing the car nor paying the amount which was agreed in the policy. Plus forcing me to take back your car as it in. ( not running condition )

they don't have the solution and i am trying to reach the manager level through customer service they redirect me to Alain.
Very poor experience.

One of the worst companies to deal with the customer. Not answering the call and waiting a lot, and the accident takes them from two months, not 6 months of work. They are really tired. I will never do business with them again
