Poor returns policy
Ordered 3 dresses, just needing 1 for a wedding. They offered me low cash refund (not covering the 2 returned dresses) or higher voucher to only redeem online. I ordered more items only to return for poor quality. There was nothing else I liked and after seeing the poor quality of previous items I just wanted my money back. They are now refusing to send my money back.

Model sizes
I was put off by the fact this product, in fact most of the products on the site, were modelled by the same person who was extremely thin, in my opinion looked unwell thin! I wanted to give them some nutritional advice not buy the item!
I’m just hoping that when it arrives it suits a size 12-14 person. I think these adverts should be modelled by several different sized people/models. That would be really helpful!
Going to keep on shopping as haven’t got much faith in it looking good on me!
The site itself is quite good though, easy to follow & flip through range, can’t filter specifics but then you can’t do that in stores either really!

Not only did they send the wrong item but they want me to pay to return it because the returns portal won’t work
