Slow inefficient unhelpful ‘customer service’

I ordered & paid for express shipping of faux suede Sawyer boots. 2 working days later I received leather Sawyer boots??!!?? 1 week later I am still trying to resolve the issue, as they are slow, inconsiderate & inefficient. I really wish I could find these boots elsewhere as I am very unhappy giving Linzi my custom & would prefer to buy the boots from a more organised efficient business.
