Slow inefficient unhelpful ‘customer service’
I ordered & paid for express shipping of faux suede Sawyer boots. 2 working days later I received leather Sawyer boots??!!?? 1 week later I am still trying to resolve the issue, as they are slow, inconsiderate & inefficient. I really wish I could find these boots elsewhere as I am very unhappy giving Linzi my custom & would prefer to buy the boots from a more organised efficient business.

This is a great app - intuitive to use, the search function is simple and clear, there are great product images so you can see the items from different angles, and the checkout process is quick and efficient. The shoes and boots are all such wearable designs, stylish and modern, the quality is excellent, and all the pairs I have are really comfortable on. The prices are also incredibly competitive. Very happy to have found this brand and app!!

Best Shoes Unbelievably Good Prices!
I have bought so many shoes from here, winter boots, summer strappy shoes for a wedding and plenty of slippers for myself and for stocking fillers because the slippers are always shockingly cheap!! Everything comes so well packaged I feel like a mini celeb when they arrive!! ❤️

Great shoes but…
I love Linzi shoes but the app needs some updates. The layout is great and the buying process is easy however you can’t filter by size which makes things so inconvenient. Secondly, the app sends too many notifications.
Mediocre app
I’m really surprised at the reviews here and question if they’re genuine. I’m sorry to say that the app is useless: there is no search or filter function whatsoever, which makes the use of the app pointless for me. The layout and the interface is nice though.
