No Delete Option
This app does not let users delete account. Support is unresponsive.
Incompetent
On 10/28/22 I missed a Doctor’s appointment because the team behind this app failed to renew their SSL cert in time, leaving me and other residents unable to request our vehicles. This is very basic stuff. No competent team would allow a cert expiration to cause an outage.
Can’t create an account or access account
It’s easy to use, as a new user after downloading this app there is no option to create an account. I have to contact the leasing office to assist me with a simple thing. App developers you had one job to do and the result seemed to be wrong
Was good until request now feature was taken off
Now I need to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get my car out of valet. Not very convenient if I need access to my car without planning every single time.
