every time I park with DFW VALET instead of Uber in I get a text twice a day at least wanting to know if I want a car wash. Also, if I don’t have a return flight, I am asked every day when my return flight is. My flight was canceled. DFW knew of my cancellation. No one ever reached out to find out when my rebooked flight was so I just assumed they were able to follow me and my flight. I get here in my car is not here now. I have to wait another 25 minutes for my car to be moved because no one even called to question to find out. I will be Ubering from now on. oh, by the way, I asked for a car wash and didn’t get one. They said it was too cold.

Stopped working
I never had issues with the app until now. Service was always excellent. But I like to make sure I have a reservation. Now, I get an error message that says cannot schedule a reservation that starts more than 1h00m from now. That to me doesn’t sound like reserving anything.
Useless
Can’t book a reservation more than “1h00m” from now? Well, that’s helpful.
Buggy App
It’s best at presenting error messages. Not so much on actually setting up a reservation.
