Don't waste your time and partnering with this app it is horrible. Slow as can be and inaccurate constantly. I would rather have any other app
Terrible App
This app needs to be reconstructed. My workplace decided to replace hotschedules with this app and it’s TERRIBLE. Everything takes forever to load, I have to wait 5 minutes to see what time I’m scheduled and I can’t even see who I’m working with without waiting another 5 minutes. Hopefully they bring back hotschedules.
Update: a year later and it’s still just as bad. Doesn’t update anything. I tried checking our sales for our restaurant and it hasn’t updated since 5pm… it’s been 11pm and we’re closed now. Seriously get it together.

Managers beware
The scheduler on this thing is awful. It’s clear it was designed as a data tracker first with scheduling as an after thought. It’s clunky, cumbersome and not intuitive. Get better please. Have one of your devs sit down with an actual manager and make a schedule.
I’m really surprised this is app is even still available
My company switched from Hot Schedules to Axial over a year ago. While we tried to not give this app a bad wrap off the bat, after a year of it still being complete trash, I guess we should let the truth come to light. You can’t make a schedule on an Apple product. The daily sales constantly stop loading (for example it’s 11:22pm, but the last sale loaded at 6:17). 9 out of 10 times trying to log in, we are forced to wait for the jumping avocado to reach 542 jumps on his jump rope before anything loads. Oh, and the daily tasks. They could not be less user friendly. They often don’t load (shocking, I know), or you attach a photo and it disappears. If you’re not forced to use this app, don’t even bother.

This app SUCKS
If I could give this app zero stars, I would. I have never in my life written a review for an app. My company switched from HotSchedules to axial a month ago and every single person hates it. I cannot even get into all the ways it is not functional and degrades communication within the workplace.
Worst Scheduling App Ever
Title speaks for itself, I wouldn’t wish this app upon my worst enemies. Just use HotSchedules, it’s twice as good.
More useful for management than staff
My company decided to switch from hot schedules and everyone hates this new app. You can’t see who you’re working with unless you go to swap shifts. My average tip has said 0.17 for the last 2 weeks. You don’t get notifications when someone picks up your shift. It glitches all the time and will cause mass confusion. Team members have to manually put in their numbers… the list goes on. I wish we could have hot schedules back because this app is the worst.

This app is so inconsistent… I haven’t been able to load the app for two days. It’s ridiculous!
Please make this more usable to employees!
Not being able to see who is working the shift with you or access to others phone numbers is ridiculous. Seriously disappointing. Hot schedules was a world ahead. Please talk to the employees to see what is needed and make the changes. I understand it is good in the labor sense but what about the users? Please make changes!

This app is beyond disappointing
Make this app make sense… why down grade to this app when HotSchedules was perfect. My company swapped to this app and are entire team is beyond disappointed, we can’t see who were working with unless you go to swap shifts and scroll through every employee, it’s continuous on glitches. I’ve had several of the same day but different in times, there is a laundry list of why we don’t like this app. We miss HotSchedules sooooo much. Hot schedules is set up in such a way that I really enjoyed how it is very user friendly. You can’t even look up the other employees phone numbers anymore to try to swap shifts either… if I could I’d do 0 stars

This app is beyond disappointing
My company swapped to this app and am beyond disappointed, I can’t see who I’m working with in any days, can’t see my days off and who’s working on my days off to try to see if they want to give up shifts. The set up makes no sense with the competitive competitions that don’t even apply to your store… etc there is a laundry list of why I don’t like this app. I miss HotSchedules sooooo much

Slow, buggy, doesn’t open 80% of the time. They spent more money on the stupid jump roping avocado than the practicality of the app.

This app takes for ever to load if it even loads. I would give zero stars if I could. Worst app I have ever used. If you have a choice, choose hot schedules.

Pretty cool app
I love the features on this app. It’s the only app I’ve seen for restaurant contests. I also love seeing my sales for each shift. Makes me want to make more $$$
