Application Unstable

The application keeps crashing within 2 minutes of starting it every time. Earlier it used to work fine. Reducing stars as the application is unstable.

Frequent App Crash

Seriously not recommended

It does not allow sell even at 11:30 am. I am trying since the market has opened. It is frustrating. Time is so crucial in stock market and it ust made me incur losses due to this issue.

Charts need to improve

Charts are very minimal. Should provide with minutes option. At present minimum is 1D. Also more tools need to be provided for analysis. At present only 12 methods are provided. In investment tools section, should provided axis direct recommendations too for investors.

Fonts are too small

Most people using the app for wealth management will probably have glasses , improve the fonts pls

Font size very small

The font size is very very small. How can u expect anyone to read this small font on a mobile app. Pls pls increase the fi g size immediately.

Login Issues

Right from the beginning, the App first asks for Phone Number, then Password, then OTP & then registers for the Biometrics- This has been happening Every Single Time!
Even while checking the Index, let alone the Portfolio, this entire process needs to be repeated..
Really troublesome..

LTP% & Search

LTP% is not there in sort on holding page. Very difficult to track % wise movement. Search on holding page is a must. Apparently the web developer does not have the user experience in mind.

The LTP % (Last Traded Price percentage) filter is available in the Axis Direct app under the Demat Holdings section. You may use this filter to sort or view your holdings based on price movement. Thank you.

Must improve

Both font sizes and clarity of letters and figures are very difficult to read. Let the letters be Bold and font size next large.

Locking the account and Biometrics login not working

Dear team,
After your last update, the login is not working, the moment i open the account, i am getting emails that my account is locked due to multiple failure attempts, after the successful authentication and password reset the biometric is not working and again locking the account. Fix it immediately
