No English

You sell simcards for tourists, earn good money from them and can’t even invest small amount to make English version, so your foreign users can simply top up your simcards via the app?? That’s really lazy dumb business

No English

While having many foreign customers, you still do not have English language in the app, and even my Indonesian friends say it’s a shame!

Upgrade systems

I can’t login on apple gadget because the apps always upgrade system statuses. Meanwhile, the another device such as android gadget can login and access normally. Please info about this case.

Ga pernah di maintain kayanya

Banyak bugs, ga bisa buka beberapa fitur dan sering crash.

As 1 of IT company alangkah bijaknya jika apps ini di maintain berkala seperti di Android.

Terima Kasih.

Many times of refreshing the app, yet no updated, though I have balance on it. I was also trying to log in from axis website but no captcha appeared; been trying many times, yet it didn’t work. Please update your system!!!
