Bug fixes
Bug fixes are constant and erase my visit information with not being able to load my previous visit information like Diagnoses, previous Diabetes blood sugar numbers, or Ostomy information. We are not paid by the hour to re post a patients information in every visit. Bring back the preload previous visit please !

This app is super glitchy, had to redownload so many times because of certain malfunctions it would have. There are so many times where I wasn’t able to clock in or out and constantly having to manually log my time is devastating. They need to fix this app or else they’ll just keep getting compliants, and they boast about this app like it’s a big shot lol.

Horrible app
They need to do something about this, Axxess is a ridiculoulsy expensive EMR and we just recently switched to them from another EMR which pricing was roughly $300/month for unlimited number of patients and now we’re paying 500% more (which will def increase as we add more patients in the next few weeks). They boasted about this app so much only to find out it very very glitchy and 99% of the time, we cannot do EVV and save/complete our notes. It’s supposed to help clinicians be more efficient in charting but it defeats this purpose at all.

Poor quality and no IT assistance
My program will not work on the app or website since they updated the program and no one can help me and I have been told there is no IT specialist that works for Axxess to assist you and this is been going on for three weeks

This app is so glitchy just to chart for one patient I have to open and close this app like 10 times because he keeps loading the information and it just doesn’t let you keep moving forward
Works half the time
This app is very unreliable, works when it wants to always has a glitch almost daily.
App doesnt actually save input data
This app is great when it actually saves the information I put into it which is almost never! Seriously tired of opening my notes on a desktop after repetitively saving through the app during patient visits just to find almost none of my measurements or comments actually saved. This has been a problem for at least the 5 months I’ve been using it and doesn’t seem like a fix is coming anytime soon. Such a major problem when it comes to thinks like getting accurate health information updates

App and Desktop Site
They should be similar and have similar features. We should be able to put in orders, access the wound care worksheet, and view a patient’s full schedule in the app. It is frustrating pausing mid visit to try and fool with the desktop site.
Login issues
I attempt to log in, it tells me I’m successfully logged in & as soon as I hit ok it takes me right back to the login screen? I’m very much confused, I thought an update was needed & it’s not that either so idk anymore.
What a pain
Just make the typing work correctly. Communication notes are a disaster. Could only be 4 lines long then could only be altered by going thru gymnastics or deleting the entire message. Crashes regularly. Frequently doesn’t allow for visit verification.

Amazing App that’s improved so much the past 6 months!
I have been using Axxess since 2017 and the app since 2022 and I cannot tell you how much it has improved over the past 6 months! A lot of these poor reviews are old and reflect what the app used to be. A lot of clinicians I work with complain about the app but in reality it’s their device that is old or their OS/app isn’t updated to the latest version or they are a bit technologically challenged. Every app has glitches and this one is no exception but there’s no other HH app out there that even comes close to having the same functionality as Axxess. This app just keeps on getting better and better!

Nothing is perfect
But Axxess is as close as I have seen and I have used many different point of care solutions. You will never find an app that is 100% the perfect solution for all users. As with any app, some updates may cause an unexpected use case or error, but Axxess has been good about correcting any issues quickly and effectively.
