Walkie-Talkie mode — real-time voice messaging Talk to your team almost like on a live radio. Turn on Walkie-Talkie mode, then press and hold the Talk button in a conversation to record and send a voice message up to 30 seconds — slide up to lock hands-free recording, or slide away to cancel. Teammates with Walkie-Talkie mode on hear messages automatically: a short beep, then the voice message, even when the app is in the background. An on-screen player shows who's talking, with pause, replay, and an instant hold-to-talk reply. Every message is also saved in the conversation and can be replayed anytime, with "Played" receipts so you know it was heard. Availability is controlled by your organization. IMPROVEMENTS - Create a Quick Todo from any message — a new Create Todo action in Message Details opens a Quick Todo with the message text already filled in as the first checklist item. - Videos attached to a conversation are now optimized automatically, so they send faster, use less data, and appear at a consistent size. - Admins can now block conversation printing across the organization. FIXES - Conversations containing messages that couldn't be decrypted can now be printed. - If push notifications are turned off in device settings, the app now reminds you at each launch, with options to open settings, be reminded later, or silence the reminder. - All of your organization's password requirements are now shown upfront in the Forgot Password flow, before you start typing. - Face ID and PIN unlock now appear every time you open the app. - Screenshot blocking applies from the moment you sign in, including when Block Access to Camera Roll is enabled at the same time. - Signing in now works for accounts migrated to single sign-on — after signing in with SSO you're asked once to unlock earlier messages, and this can be done later from Settings → Security → Unlock Previous Messages. - SSO accounts no longer get stuck in a PIN sign-in loop or locked out. - The Upload to EMR option is now hidden when your organization doesn't use EMR integration.
