Accessibility Violations

Disabling copy and paste as well as password autofill is unacceptable and is an accessibility violation. I am unable to use my assistive apps to fill in my password and other data and passkeys aren’t supported either, let alone two factor authentication. This is unacceptable and speaks of amateurish software development- whatever you did to break your input fields so badly needs to be fixed. How did this ever pass HIPAA?

Unreliable

Application is not reliable.

It’s okay

I do get pings at times and I go look at the phone and click on the app because it’s coming from the app and there’s nothing there. And they always cost me say your schedule has been updated ping but then again there’s nothing there so I wish you guys kind of figure that out and you’re giving a client a shower who is a fall risk you really don’t want to look at your phone because that potential risk can make that client fall

🙄

🙄

Nope

So many upgrades to this app could be made. Functionality could be better. Plus, app goes by 15 minute increments which I hate so much. Which leads me to wonder since this pushes my time around inaccurately, if this also jips me on my drive time in between clients. I highly recommend going the safe route and just using the paper documents. This app is a real head ache.
