God awful app, doesn’t work, wish I could give this garbage a 0.
The app itself is hot garbage. It’s designed as if it’s already lost live service repairs. Not only is it designed as if it’s abandoned, it’s also erroring out every 3 seconds due to toddler-level coding. After the umpteenth time trying to just select your damn care service from errors, it then crashes after you attempt to punch in. God forbid you get to where you need to sign and offer your first born for verification against “fraudulent” caregivers (which makes 0 sense if your workers are going to the locations to actually check and verify everything, like you’ve been doing?), because the second you try to sign, it freezes the signature slot and then acts like a static .jpg sitting on the screen for 3-5 minutes before letting you freeze it again, for another 3-5 minutes. MAYBE you’ll get lucky and are patient enough to finish the signature. Fantastic! Go ahead and click submit. Ohhh, another error, this time it deleted the entire time entry! Gotta do it all over again, yippy!
I am completely up to date on software, my phone itself is barely a manufactured year old, and I work in tech. This app is abysmal in the worst way possible and it’s now forced as the only “verified” way to fill out anything, which again makes 0 sense when you can force location for any other device that uses an internet connection, and you can also spoof your location from any single device. I can verify every single way the same way on any device, until you literally request my blood type. Forcing me into this god awful app is making everything for caregiving worse.
Don’t even fix this. Just delete it and go back to the web page, java script and html web pages are infinitely easier to maintain and code, which is clearly better suited for whoever did this app.

Frustrating app
Have no idea where in the pay period you are, whether the EOR is still needs to approve hours. You can’t look back at previous days. There’s no way other than having the EOR correct a mistake. The web portal was SO MUCH better and easier. I hate this app
Fix
Doesn’t work on IOS27 needs updated asap
Worst ever
I’ve been trying to figure out how to use this app since they changed it, and it’s been the most frustrating experience ever. I have not been able to sign in even I have an account and I kept signing in my phone through DirectMyCare in the same app but l keep getting emails stating that I am not in compliance with EVV. I’ve found that I am not alone. There’s a legion of people facing this issue. Can someone please help us?

This App Is a Total Failure—Just Like CDWA
This app is beyond useless, and CDWA’s entire operation is an absolute catastrophe. It’s shocking how consistently CDWA manages to deliver the lowest-quality, cheapest, most poorly executed systems imaginable. This app feels like it was slapped together with zero testing, zero care, and zero understanding of the people who rely on it. It’s glitchy, unstable, and flat-out miserable to use.
CDWA has proven, over and over, that they cannot handle the responsibilities they’ve been given. Their work is careless, their systems fall apart the moment you try to use them, and their overall operation is a mess that creates more problems than it solves. The fact that the state continues to hand them contracts is infuriating and honestly makes no sense.
At this point, replacing CDWA isn’t just a suggestion—it’s a necessity. The state needs to cut ties with this disaster of a contractor and bring in an organization capable of delivering functional tools instead of this constant stream of broken, cheap, and frustrating garbage. People deserve far better than the chaos CDWA keeps producing.
