It is easy to log in and check out current schedule and future schedule for the week. The system is user friendly and accessible.

Inconsistent

I am consistently having issues with the app. I will login and come back at the end of my shift to log out just to find that the login was never recorded. I literally have to screenshot every time I login and log out to prove that I logged in.

JSON alert

Get a "not syncing" wrong format alert about 3 times a week when I try to login. The app is updated and nothing wrong on my end. It takes 10-15 min to log in and out! This is trash
