Inconsistent
I am consistently having issues with the app. I will login and come back at the end of my shift to log out just to find that the login was never recorded. I literally have to screenshot every time I login and log out to prove that I logged in.

JSON alert
Get a "not syncing" wrong format alert about 3 times a week when I try to login. The app is updated and nothing wrong on my end. It takes 10-15 min to log in and out! This is trash

Garbage app
As a someone works in tech, I am using a top of the line iphone 15 pro max and have the latest and most up to date software and somehow this app still manages to perform like hot garbage. They need to retire this horrible app and remove it from the app store entirely. The developers should go find new jobs for having such a garbage application

Skilled Care Capability?
This app has improved a lot over the past few years. We enjoy it as it is tailored to our state. Can an evaluation form be added for PT,ST, and OT’s. My company will be offering these therapies/services soon. Or will the skilled app be available to other agencies?

Location issues
As one of only 3 states that provide that family members can be care givers with strict guidelines. My family member/client is with me at all times. We live by the alarm clock for medications, PT, home RN visits, and MYEVV log in and log out times. When we are out and not in location or on the road to Doctor’s appointments (which are at least 1 hour away from “home base”) It would be helpful to have the ability to set and reset the location for accuracy. The GPS will register that we are not in our original location, gives the option to continue, but doesn’t return to home base location when we get back. There needs to be a way to restore location
and a time reset would be great. Not being able to make corrections is a hassle. Constantly having to make notations in the comment box at the end is an added issue. In my estimation this app is sadly lacking in it’s functionality for a caregiver.

Non-functional
I been having my issues to the point where I have to off my phone completely in order to Log-Out then it gets stuck!!! Very Frustrating
Consistent issues
I’ve been having issues with this app every since I’ve started using it. Now I can’t even submit my work at the end of the week. The only thing that pops up when I try is “SUPPORT” Which I submitted a complaint & never got a response. On top of that my schedule is messed up & I’ve made several attempts to get it handled yet it still hasn’t been taken care of.

Worst app experience!
This has been the worst (WORST) experience I've had with an app functionality, usability, and overall experience! Please FIX it because I'm forced to use this app daily and its extremely frustrating.

This app has been a nightmare
Where do providers get off on boarding and contracting with a developers and have no track record on proper app engineering and development.
This app is probably the cheapest in the market which why our providers use them. 7 months and over 20+ updates and it’s finally working for us. Great job Vipul! Experiment Successfully. Keep up the test trials for us caregivers to deal with the head ache of our bugged app and have to deal with our providers!
