There’s gotta be an easier way…
Simply put, there’s gotta be an easier way to go straight into the portal, choose my doc and make an appointment than all the hoops you have to jump through to do it.
Privacy issues
This app will “ask” to use your URL information, wed browser information. You have to allow this because if you denied it won’t work and kick you out. So why the option to denied?
App needs a lot of work
Specifically issues with having children. There should be a way to have the parent with a main log in, and the children as subselections like every other medical system. Having to keep up with everyone having a different log in and password is too cumbersome for where technology is today.
Updated app two weeks ago❓
App still is a very poor quality, and inconsistent with a apparently internal glitches. Will Face ID ever work consistently for example❓❓
New patient
The office visit was really nice. But then I kept getting text messages that I need to check my patient portal. I would check it if I could actually get in it. I am on my sixth attempt to get into the account. I got in once and it timed out and threw me out of the app. It shouldn’t be this hard to get into your patient portal.

Horrible
App keeps telling me wrong log in or wrong password. Reset it multiple times! But yet through the email I can log in with the user name and password it is telling me doesn’t match. Just deleted the app. Don’t waist your time downloading!
Terrible app
Poorly designed UX, doesn’t keep you logged in, notifications randomly stick around and you can’t clear them… does NOT meet the expectations of the actual service and experience you receive at the clinic. Needs a lot of work.
Logout immediately
The app is fine and I’ll raise it up to a 4 or 5 as asson as they fix the logout problem. I open the app login and if I click away for 2 seconds I am immediately logged out.
