Awful app
Need a taxi from the station when you’re on a train? Forget this app, it will continually try to book a taxi from wherever you are now and you can’t change it once you realise the mistake. Calling the “driver” as the app promises gives you an automated call to an “operator” that is never answered. So you then have to cancel the booking for which they instantly charge you £5! Absolute rip off and a scandal.

Doesn’t work for me
Won’t accept the multiple payment methods I have stored. Very annoying would prefer to use the app rather than call
Nope!!
They charge you £2 extra just to use the app then take £6 from your account for 1.5 mile journey, don’t send a taxi then you’ll need to cancel (you’ll get a refund don’t worry) their customer service skills are terrible and they don’t send a taxi, at all. I’ve tried, a relative has tried and tried again after collecting shopping and nobody was at the desk!! Embarrassing service!
