Terrible
Honestly the worst app ever advertised as an app to “book and not be late” but no matter how early you book your booking is created 5 minutes before? And you need to wait for the next available taxi? Horrible service been late to multiple occasions because of this booked a taxi 20 minutes before work and still atleast 10 minutes late to work waiting for this. Absolutely terrible and customer service isn’t much better telling you “five minutes” when it never is.

Booked a taxi they then said it was cancelled but yet still took my money and no refund not the first time this has happened plus they don’t even answer the phone scam.
