Terrible
Honestly the worst app ever advertised as an app to “book and not be late” but no matter how early you book your booking is created 5 minutes before? And you need to wait for the next available taxi? Horrible service been late to multiple occasions because of this booked a taxi 20 minutes before work and still atleast 10 minutes late to work waiting for this. Absolutely terrible and customer service isn’t much better telling you “five minutes” when it never is.

Booked a taxi they then said it was cancelled but yet still took my money and no refund not the first time this has happened plus they don’t even answer the phone scam.

Wrong map
When I try to book taxi it doesn’t show my correct location shows me as somewhere else on map
Terrible app now!
Used to work quite well, but on trying to use today, it doesn’t recognise me and like others, I’ve been blacklisted too. Uber much more modern anyway. App deleted.
Waste of time & money
Don’t book or prepay on the app. They take your money then dont pick you up at the chosen time. What is the point! Terrible customer service

Worst taxi app
After selecting destination it freezes and doesnt go to booking screen , dont even think about adding an extra stop . Useless.

What a rubbish app. Tried to book a taxi. Waited 30 minutes then got an email saying canceled. Now when I try to log it, it says I'm blacklisted??
What for? Using this rubbish app? Streamline went downhill after they were bought out by some new owners. Better off using uber or ola anyway. What a waste of time.... even writing this review is a waste of time...

Placed order put in card details verified. Then. Got error has occurred please try later
Blacklisted mobile for no reason
Tried to sign up with my mobile. Didn’t receive text after multiple attempts. Now my mobile is blacklisted.
App worse than previous versions
Application is much worse than previous versions. No real time updates. No vehicle updates, no tracking. Easier calling the office. App is a waste of time

Fantastic app.
Maps a bit iffy at times but you have an option to punch in the exact location post code and number so it’s not a hassle.
Been using this for a few months and it’s in my opinion better and easier than phoning.
Especially on a night out.
Taxis are on time every time.
No hassles.
Can even pre pay with a card.

Doesn't work
App crashes every time you try to select vehicle size. Should be no stars!

Do NOT install this app unless you enjoy unsolicited SMS spam. They keep spamming from new numbers and responding STOP is ignored.
Very buggy
Works sometimes but immediately you select the 'vehicle type' option, the app crashes. Needs lots of work to get it up to a useable standard :-(
