Booked a taxi for daughter at 11:50pm. The driver remained stationary for several minutes and didn’t arrive until 12:02am. He then cancelled the original booking and started a new one, meaning the journey was charged at the higher after-midnight tariff.
During the trip, the driver also took a wrong turn, adding more than a mile to the journey. Despite the mistake, the meter was left running and no adjustment was offered.
Charged £19 for a journey that would normally cost around £14. I’m sure others can draw their own conclusions, but I was left feeling that the fare was unfair and the overall experience was disappointing.

Reasonable prices and fair to the drivers. Good customer service, can actually speak to a human needed.
Text to validate user isn’t working
Tried and tried and each time I request a code I get no message and then app locks you out 🤬
Was good but irritating notifications
It’s a decent service but has now started advertising to me via push notifications. Super annoying, will be looking for an alternative.
