User reviews

Frustration often outweighs convenience.

When it works, great, but when it doesn’t (which is often), the failure of these tank-like bikes grinds the gears. There can be a bank of 15 bikes and not a single one works, despite the app saying 5 available. So you can’t plan around anything the app says. Bad tech, bad bikes, bad times, bad Beryl. *Updated my review to 3 stars, because when it works, it’s better Beryl. But please sort out all the busted bikes.

Unreliable

I can’t even count the amount of time when there are no bikes in bays, or bikes are unable to unlock. Poor customer support. Sometimes I couldn’t successfully lock as the app was not connecting to the bike.

Disappointed

No bikes ever available.

Good but be careful

Generally good service, been using them for years, spent thousands but unfortunately due to a mistake I made when I was younger where I tried to use someone other than mine’s ID to unlock a scooter, after they finally realized I am now forever banned from even using bikes which I relied on heavily to get around and to work, read the terms and conditions and don’t mess about, these people don’t give second chances.
