Poor service
Taxis aren’t pre-booked. This is basically uber but without the guarantee. Cancelled on me last minute for a really important day. Don’t use.
Didn’t turn up
Booked hours in advance for my daughter’s swimming lesson (which is paid for in advance). Several cars got allocated but then cancelled and didnt turn up so called Veezu and another car allocated but this didn’t turn up either! Whilst we were waiting, I got chatting to another lady who said her Veezu taxis have been exceptionally late all week or didnt turn up. Absolutely furious and my daughter is so upset to miss her lesson. Shan’t be using again

Generally good
It can be tricky to get a trip home if you’re travelling from a long distance.
DO NOT pre-book or last chance these taxis or it’s be a mistake.
They’ve been a good taxi company but they do fail when it comes to pre-bookings or just turning up on time. If you’re not in a rush or need to be somewhere on time then Veezu are ok but if you’re planning something and need to be there by set times etc I’d go to another taxi company, say it may cost a little bit more but it’s worth it for something to turn up on time.

Horrible app - avoid
This company used to be drive in York and before that 659. You used to be able to ring up and get a taxi straight away and it would arrive in roughly 5 min or book one for later. The taxis always showed up on time. They switched to this app and now it’s 50% chance that the taxi is late or doesn’t show up. I booked a taxi to go to the station with 1 hr to spare before the train. Waiting for 20 min and still no car. Decided best to walk but I was with my 71 yr old mum who had to move at a faster pace than usual so that we could make our flight out of London. Can believe how technology has made things more unreliable. I blame this app as I guess the issue is the software is a pos and can’t connect drivers to their jobs. Last time I used this app the driver was saying the app software wasn’t working for him. Avoid this app until they fire this company that makes it.
