No offline mode/ wallet support
Multiple times now I have been unable to access my rail card at a busy station due to poor connection. The app either needs to cache the railcard so that it can be used in poor network conditions, or it needs to allow users to add our rail cards to apple wallet.

Nice idea, but flawed
You cannot show the Digital Railcard to the Conductor if you don't have internet connection or data. The app will not allow you to keep a screenshot either. So I ended up paying Full Price! Also, once you buy a Digital Railcard, you cannot change to a paper card and you are stuck with it for 3 years. Never again! Can't wait to go back to proper paper cards and ditch this silly app.

No idea what it is doing
Just tried to use electronic rail card. I can see that it is still valid until 2028 but all I get are messages about picture not uploading - and some other stuff I didn't understand.
Went into my account - and, to be honest, I understood even less.
