Great service!
Really complicated, it doesn’t get updated automatically and got stuck at the station; which could have been avoided
The process for renewing or adding is so clunky!
It’s so handy having my railcard as it allows me to have some sort of life with the disability I suffer from and saves me £’s which is ALWAYS a bonus lobe my railcard
I was buying a ticket this morning at Fenchurch St. and an error message came up… ‘ no photo’ on Senior Railcard. This Wasted my time. I thought the card had expired. It hasn’t and there is already a photo on it.
You can’t add it to the Apple wallet so it’s disappointing
Easy to extend and include my partner
Works well but I should need a rail card, bloody government!
No issues, easy download, easy to upload to my wallet from year on year 👍🏻
Very efficient. Well worth investing if you use rail travel.
So easy to setup thank you
This was very tricky to do via exchange Clubcard vouchers it has taken me over an hour to do
Good to have the railcard, just sad that train fares are so expensive. Plus the reliability of actually getting a train is stressful. I do think trains need to renationalised, it’s an essential service and far better for the environment. The private companies are just in it for profit, which makes for a chaotic service.

Would have scored 5 on this if you could add it to your Apple wallet!
Really easy and straightforward to purchase. The payment process was quick and hassle-free!
Such a great initiative worth every penny if you intend using the train frequently. Recommended.
Wonderful savings every time with family and friends card - one trip pretty much covers the initial cost and makes travel with my kids more affordable
If you use the rail network this is well worth the purchase. £30 for a one year railcard paid for itself with one return journey from Devon to London for me. Easy to apply for and easy to use. A must for any veteran. 👍
Living in Dorset, where there’s never any WiFi on the trains and often poor mobile signal I’m not sure how I’m meant to be able to show my railcard when it can only be used in the app. I need to be able to download it or screenshot it please
Great help from Ayussh in the railcard team, clear and patient, to get a new download code. It’s hard all this tech stuff for someone who is nearly 80! Thanks
