Our old card had lapsed but putting the new code into App brought up the new years membership immediately. SO simple!

Peter, you can’t seem to put it into your Apple wallet.

Not recognised
I tried to use my railcard today but it didn’t show the detail and instead a “Contact Us” option because some details were missing. The ticket office didn’t know what it was so I ended up paying the full price.
While on the train I managed to establish that the card was still active but it wouldn’t show it. I’ve used it before, but the links led me to Add to App which I did and now I can view and use the card again (without adding any extra missing details).
It’s not satisfactory that I can buy the card use it then a year before it expires am forced to reapply to the Railcard app without any prior warning.

Total pain needs an active connection on the worst connected network in Europe.

Renewal code invalid
Given a simple 6 letter code after paying £80 for a 3 year renewal and being told ii is invalid. I did not buy through a third party supplier, and still does not work switching off and on. Sort out your IT!

Rail
Travel is expensive but the best way to get there by land. If you book in advance and apply the railcard, monies can be saved and a relaxing journey enjoyed. Wouldn’t be without mine!

Disappearing cards
Not sure what the problem is but I couldn’t open my car on my iPad message said only 2 items can have your details …. But only 2 items had my card details 2 emails later I was told delete the app reload and use code in the email. Then the day before my trip I checked my phone and the exact same problem,,,, what’s is going on
