Messages are broken

I keep being told I have messages but when I click on it it just says “something went wrong”. Very frustrating!

Admin fee!

Used LNER for years, no issue. Made a stupid error booking wrong date and was charged a £10 ‘admin’ fee to change the date by clicking a few buttons. Shocking. Sort it out you robbing thieves !

Given £5 credit but impossible to redeem

Keeps saying I can’t use the credit as journey not valid. Incredibly difficult to use app, can’t redeem credit, Perks add on doesn’t work either but used £5 credit. Have deleted app!!
